Assisted Felling and Individual Windblown Trees is a level 3 certificate of competence. It is a two day course, with additional test day, covering two training modules and registered with NPTC City & Guilds.
The course will cover safety considerations, equipment, felling techniques and methods of assisted felling as well as industry good practice in dealing with individual windblown trees.
The training costs £370 + VAT plus NPTC fees of £460 (no VAT) per person.
Please note that you must hold CS30 and CS31 in order to do this qualification. You will be asked to provide certificates when you book.
You will also need a chainsaw for this course which is around a 50cc engine with a 15” bar and semi chisel chain and winching equipment. For a full detailed kit list please get in touch. Equipment can be hired from us if necessary, click here for more information.
