This is a one day course, registered with Lantra, for those who are already operating in industry. It will refresh your skills in chainsaw maintenance, and safe use of chainsaws for cross-cutting, as well as handling and stacking timber. It does not qualify users to fell trees.
The course costs £215 + VAT per person, Bookings for this course include:
- Loan of PPE (chainsaw trousers, gloves, helmet and boots)
- Loan of chainsaw including fuel and oil

- Lantra registration & certification
Candidates must already hold a Maintenance & Cross-Cutting Certificate, and will be asked to produce this at the time of booking.
