Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) is a four day training, accredited by Highfield, is for learners who would like to work with independent training providers (like us!), with awarding bodies such as Lantra, BALI or Highfield. It is also suitable for people who would like to work with FE collages or local authorities. The qualification is also supported by the Education and Training Foundation.
The course covers:
- the roles and responsibilities in education and training
- ways to maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
- ways to use and create inclusive teaching and learning approaches and environments.
The training prioritises time for learners to practice planning and delivering training in an supportive environment.
The qualification is assessed through a portfolio of work, and delivery of micro-teaches.
