This is a one day course, registered with Lantra. It is a precursor to the FISS / CSCS card.
The course covers health and safety law, hazard identification and risk control, reporting of accidents, ill health and near misses, welfare, including signage, and first aid requirements. The course also focuses on typical hazards, including fire, electricity, manual handling, work equipment and work environments.
The course costs £145 + VAT per person, including workbook & pen, Lantra registration & certification and lunch and drinks.
