Level 2 Award in Rodent Management is a one day course registered with Lantra. It is a requirement for anybody who wishes to buy professional rodenticide, and for those managing rodent (rat and mice) control in domestic, agricultural and business settings.
Training covers:
- relevant legislation
- the functions of integrated pest management
- the biology and behaviour of a range of rodents
- infestation surveys
- application and management of eradication campaigns
- risk hierarchy for control
- ongoing monitoring for prevention.
The day concludes with an online assessment.
The course costs £175 + VAT per person, which includes workbook & pen, lunch & drinks and Lantra registration.
