Level 2 Award in Rodent Management is an online e-learning course from Lantra, which takes approximately 6 hours to complete. It can be started at any time.
It is a requirement for anybody who wishes to buy professional rodenticide, and for those managing rodent (rat and mice) control in domestic, agricultural and business settings.
The Rodent Management online course covers:
- relevant legislation
- the functions of integrated pest management
- the biology and behaviour of a range of rodents
- infestation surveys
- application and management of eradication campaigns
- risk hierarchy for control
- ongoing monitoring for prevention.
You will need a computer with access to a webcam, microphone and screen sharing to complete the assessment.
The course costs £95 + VAT per person, which includes workbook & pen, lunch & drinks and Lantra registration.
